The maid of honor from hell

My sister is getting married in August, so the planning has already come a long way. She has found her dream dress, the church and the venue is booked, and of course, she has chosen who will have the honor of being maid of honor. And when her fiance desided on two Best Man, she felt like she had to have it too. She asked me for over a year ago, and of course I said yes. But she has now chosen the second maid of honor, and it is of course the person I like least in this world. And why did my sister chose her? Because then she has control over her. You see, this girl is able to go to a wedding in a wedding dress and veil. And no, I'm not kidding. She always want to be the center of attention.
The first problem came after my sister had found her dream dress, and told us that we had to have very simple dresses. And of course I thought it was perfectly fine, the other one, not so much. She had spotted out a dress with lots of beads, ornaments and tinsel. And when this was voted down, she wanted to wear a ball gown. Hello !?!?! Anybody home? And you'd think she was kidding, but no. She wanted to wear a big ball gown. Took me three days to get into her head that this would not be appropriate. She finally agreed on a simple, straight, solid color dress. Now we only need to find one in the right color, my sister want's a light lavender color.
And I'm just waiting for the next problem she will make. It will not be long before I find out what it is. Unfortunately.

V-day wishes

Valentines day is one of my favorite holidays. It is a day dedicated to love and romance. Then you give your special someone gifts like red roses, teddy bears with hearts, candy and romantic dinners. Personal, I always purchase something new sexy lingerie to have on hand that day, as thanks for what the boyfriend does. Unfortunately, there has never been anything to shout hurray for.
During the almost three years we have had a relationship, we "celebrated" Valentine together twice and both times it has ended like a bad memory. The first time, he just forgot the entire thing, and went on a guy's trip that day. To say it like that, he did not see anything sexy when he came back. The second time, he was sick and I had to clean up vomit after him.

Gossip Girl royal wedding: the 100th Episode

After Monday's episode of Gossip Girl, I am left with only a thought, god it's a long time until the next episode! I am seriously depend on the series. And since it is the 100 episode, so it must be full of action and conspiracies, more than usual of course. But the big question for this episode is, will Blair leave Louis for Chuck? Let's cross our fingers that they live happily ever after.

To furnish an apartment

Ready for Gossip Girl night



Tonight is the first episode of Gossip Girl this year. The last episode ended with Blair and Chuck crashing, after Blair had decided to leave her fiance Louis in favor of Chuck. Yey! Sweet summer escape

Spring fling

Ahhh, spring. My absolute favorite season. I know there is still some time until spring comes, but the mild winter has given me hope of an early spring this year. This year it is a lot of weddings and parties that require evening gowns. And this is something you can not use every day, so I love every opportunity to wear one. And of course I've already picked out one or two. Or more. I just can not help myself.
I'm going to Copenhagen on February 3, to look for clothes and then of course, gala dresses and evening gowns. I love Copenhagen, they actually have Europe's longest shopping street. And it includes brands such as Prada, Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Mulberry. But what I like most about Copenhagen, are all the small shops with unknown brands. Here you can find so much good, and often incredibly cheap.
